The Tourist - Official Trailer (2010)

Hello to all my sweet followers and other readers too =] First of all I excuse myself for not updating for so long . Life is so hectic sometimes I hardly find time to get online .
Now if you haven't already noticed I'm in LOVE with Johnny Depp  So I am so excited and eagerly waiting for his latest movie "The Tourist" which will be out in December 2010 .. in the meantime the official trailer is out .*YAYS*
As always Johnny looks amazing , his voice makes me feel like all jellylike xD and what can I say , he is the BEST !!!!
Angelina not so much . Ok I know some might think it's jealousy bla bla , but really I never really liked her , especially since her part in the Brad and Jennifer break-up . Yep I'm a Jennifer fan and even though I can't say that Angelina isn't the beauty that she is I still can't like her much . Anyway back to topic , I really can't wait to see this one .. and also the other films which Johnny is working on   "Rango"  "The Rum Diary" and of course the much awaited "Pirates of the Caribbean: On stranger Tides"
Here is the official trailer for "The tourist" for all you Depp Lovers out there ..
Enjoy xx

Review

This being the second book I read from the same author , I absolutely Loved it !! Even more than "Flower of Scotland " . Set in Cornwall you can easily feel like you're there for everything is so well described . The characters are most lovable and once you start reading it's hard to put down . Again not a book I would recommend for early teens but otherwise its a wonderful thrilling novel and doesn't disappoint at the end . Im looking forward to reading yet another novel from Emma Blair soon for I surely will be looking out for books from this author =]

Beautiful bohemian Fashion

I'm so intrigued by bohemian and hippie style fashion and have been experimenting with different outfits lately [will post pictures in future post =] ] So what is boho fashion ?

Bohemian fashion is an artistic style of dress that many people enjoy wearing. The style varies from ethnic trends to vintage fashion, and can even include traditional hippie-style clothing. An element that most bohemian fashion wearers share is a desire to express themselves aesthetically. Most venues carry items considered acceptable for bohemian dress.
Secondhand stores in particular often provide bohemian fashion enthusiasts with a plethora of wardrobe materials. They might find scarves, unconventional patterns, punk t-shirts, plaid skirts, sunglasses, and a variety of other items to create a unique bohemian style. A bohemian often considers his or her entire body, including its fashion elements, as a work of art.

Being a hippie I guess also means to not care whatever anyone thinks and wear however one wants !!

Flower of Scotland - Emma Blair

Summary

In the idyllic summer of 1912, all seems rosy for Murdo Drummond and his four children. Charlotte is ecstatically in love with Geoffrey; Peter prepares for the day when he will inherit the family distillery, while Andrew, gregarious and fun-loving, is already turning heads and hearts. Nell, the youngest, contents herself with daydreams of a handsome highlander. The Great War, however, has no respect for family life. As those carefree pre-war days fade, with death and devastation brought in their wake, the Drummonds are plunged into the horrors of the trenches in France. Yet those who survive discover that love can transcend class, creed, and country.

Review

Another book I picked up from the charity shop =] I liked the cover and love reading novels set in the UK (I was born there =]) . I knew it was a romance for starters but didn't actually imagine it would be so explicit , well not "shockingly" explicit but not a book I'd recommend for teens .. anyhow because I felt for the characters so much I kept on reading and really enjoyed it . Like I said I love the setting , the old British ways , I sometimes wish to have lived in that era ( as a high class obviously haha) .
I loved that the female characters came out so strong , more then the male characters .
Interesting fact  I found out that Emma Blair is actually a man Iain Blair ,  following his agents advice who said he would sell much more if he used a woman's name instead ..
So my conclusion , I actually missed reading this book when I finished (but apparently there is a sequel "Goodnight, Sweet Prince".) I give this book a 3/5 and if I saw  this author's name again on a book I'd definitely take it home with me =]
